Introducing Verified Business Badges
Our new verification programme gives customers confidence in the businesses they choose. Here is how to get your badge.
Starting this month, Tamil Canadians is rolling out Verified Business Badges for listings that have completed our enhanced verification process. Verified businesses display a blue checkmark on their listing, signalling to customers that the business has confirmed its legal name, address, operating status, and ownership details.
To apply for verification, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings → Verification. You will need to upload a copy of your business registration, a government-issued photo ID, and a recent utility bill confirming your business address. Verification is processed within 5 business days and is free for all current members.
