At Sathya's South Indian Kitchen, we recognise that running a responsible business means thinking about our impact on the environment and the community around us. We have made several commitments to sustainability that we are proud to share.
We have eliminated single-use plastic packaging where possible, switching to compostable and recycled materials. We source from local and ethical suppliers where alternatives exist. Our premises use LED lighting throughout, and we are actively working to reduce our overall energy consumption. These are small steps, but we believe they matter — and we will keep building on them year on year.
