New Review System: Photos, Verified Purchases, and Reply Tools
We have rebuilt the review system to be fairer, more informative, and harder to manipulate.
The Tamil Canadians review system has been completely redesigned. Key changes include: customers can now attach up to 5 photos per review; reviews from verified customers (those who have clicked through to the business and used a contact link) receive a "Verified Visit" badge; business owners can reply publicly to any review through their dashboard; and our algorithm now flags suspicious review patterns for manual moderation.
We have also added structured rating categories — Food Quality, Service, Value, and Atmosphere for restaurants; Expertise, Communication, and Value for professional services. These granular ratings give customers better information and help businesses understand exactly where they excel.
